Six units, luxury, gated freestanding condominiums sold out prior to completion. This project was awarded residential project of the year by Tahoe Regional Planning Agency. Start of Construction July 1995, Project Completed and sold out by May 1996.
Eight units, luxury townhouse project located on Ski Way. All agency approvals, including engineering, TRPA approvals, Washoe County permits, etc. were obtained in 150 days. This was achieved through a good working relationship between Sierra Bouquet, Washoe County Planning and Engineering, TRPA, and the State of Nevada (the project is located in a scenic corridor). Start of Construction September 1996. Project Completed and sold out by February 1998.

This gated, 24 unit, luxury development on 5 acres was approved by the TRPA in November 1998, ground-breaking in June 1999. The entire project was completed and sold out by January of 2000.
The Glen, Incline Village’s most exclusive gated community is located next to Deer Creek on roughly 5 acres. Only 10 homes are in the community, with the average size being +/- 4,400 sq ft. Ground breaking occurred in 2002, with the first phase ready for occupancy in late 2003, with the final phase being completed in winter of 2004. Eight of the ten homes have been sold. Average sales price of homes: $2,500,000.
Situated in front of The Glen, The Reserve is a four unit project that completes the area between Deer Creek and The Glen in Incline Village. Each unit is 2,909 square feet. Ground breaking was October 15, 2004, with all units being finished by October 15, 2005, during the second worst winter in the area in recorded history. Three units are sold, with the fourth available this summer.
